Create intuitive, text-based or visual poetry using various media sources (ex:
magazines). No experience necessary! Let your creativity flow!
RIAN LOUGHEED-SMITH~Lo-fi Bush-Mom Printmaking .
Watch as Rian creates handmade prints using the lo-fi printmaking techniques she
developed living off-grid in the Yukon wilderness. Visitors will have the opportunity to
try their hand at it too!
BILL DONALDSON~Wood Carving .
Demonstration of hand carpentry tools and techniques.

~Kids in Nature Play Hut .
Leslie, Jackie and Sue return this year to create an installation of a
6-foot non-living willow play hut for children!
SCOTT PRICE ~ Found art /mixed media sculpture .
Participants will gather objects from the surrounding area and work near the
demonstration tent on individual and/or collaborative piece(s). Scott will assist those
interested in refining their sculptural skills, which can include group discussion as well
as hands-on techniques
r TARA KOLLA-HALE~Ghost Town .

Dawson City is known for its tales of ghostly inhabitants so why not make them their
own town to live in? Using vintage patterns, card stock and fairy lights we will be
creating a “ghost town” to light up the darkening Dawson skies. Come and create a
house, cabin or storefront to add to our little town, who knows who might move in?
ABI HODSON .
Using naturally dyed yarns, found objects, and upcycled textiles, folks are invited to
collaboratively create weavings on hand-made lap looms.
Abi will provide support in exploring techniques and possibilities.
ANGE BONNICI~Painting Animals with Acrylic
Get lost in the detailed layers of Ange’s animal paintings. Using a photograph for
reference, she will bring a German Shepherd named Rio to life.
