I ntroducing our NEW “One Touch” System
Our “One Touch” track is not round, but more
of a tear drop shape. This unique profile has a
square side allowing the track to be firmly and
squarely mounted, while the rounded bottom
profile allows for self-cleaning and self-aligning.
There is an additional lip at the bottom of the
track to add even more strength and stability.
The trolleys have two rugged nylon wheels
and sealed, greased roller bearings to ensure
smooth operation for many years. Since
there is no metal to metal contact, this
system functions very quietly and the
greased fitting literally allows for “One
Touch” operation. With a weight rating
of 600 lbs., it easily accommodates the
heft of full-metal door styles. This “One
Touch” system is, in our opinion, the
best available on the market.
Depending on the layout of your barn or the stall series
selected, there are different track systems and
mounting options available from RAMM.
Face Mount: This installation method is for barns where the lumber for the stall mounts over the face of the structural wood
beams. This install method will nail or screw the lumber directly to the front of your 4"x 4" or 6"x 6" posts. No U-channels are provided.

Inset Mount: U-channeling is supplied to allow lumber to be inset approximately 1" from the face of the support posts. This gives
a more polished, “framed” appearance to the stall and the lumber slides easily and securely into place, yielding a stronger installation.
