Raceline
is a coated 12.5 gauge high tensile wire which is surrounded by a proprietary polymer and is most often used in
combination with our Shockline. It is an economic, budget friendly horse fencing.
Why
Coated Wire?
Coated wire is a much safer alternative
to standard uncoated, high tensile wire or
barbed wire. Bare wire options are known
for causing injuries if a horse hits the fence.
Our coated wire systems utilize the strength
and economy of high tensile wire, but
surround it with our proprietary flexible
polymer. By increasing the overall diameter
to 5/16", this creates a safer and budget-
friendly fence option.
Coated wire is easy to install with many of
our customers putting it up themselves. We
suggest using a spinning jenny to assist with
unrolling the fence to prevent kinking.
