me aside and reminded me I
was better than that and made
me change my shirt. God love
him! He was a great and kind
man that always looked out for
others.
Libby Rosen- Always a friendly
face. Sad to hear he is gone.
Austin VanWyck- Jim was such
a nice man. I enjoyed just sitting
and talking to him at the shows.
Lyn Krivanek- Sad to hear.
He always had a smile and a
greeting.
Steve Mingione- So sorry to
hear this. Jim was always happy
to see my boys and would give
them a dollar. Such a great man.
Our family will miss him.
Wayne G Hipsley- Jim was very
loyal to the American Miniature
Horse.
Cyndi Meadows Doss- Sorry for
the loss of a good friend...they
are special angels in our lives.
Cathy Waxler- So sorry to hear
this. What a great loss to the
Miniature world.
Melinda Doan- Sorry to hear he
is gone. He was a very nice man.
Merry Black- Always very kind to
me. Sorry to hear of his passing.
Laura Tennill- I’m really going
to miss Jim! He was always very
nice to me and was great with
my son when he was little!
Jim Vernon- So sad to hear
about Jim
Peggy Theiss- Such a good man!
We always enjoyed visiting with
him at the shows.
Charlene Eisenmenger- This
is so sad I loved Jim Payne. He
was such a wonderful man. He
also bred the famous Libertys
Miss Kentucky. He will dearly be
missed.
Debbie Grayson- Jim always had
a smile on his face and a kind
word for everyone.
Linda Smith- He will be greatly
missed. Robert and I always
enjoyed our visits with him What
a wonderful man.
Nona Henderson-Porter- Always
nice to me at events. I’m sure he
will be missed by many.
Janet King - I was fortunate
enough to have Jim Payne in
my life on a regular basis and
spoke to him weekly for many
years.  He loved the shows, not
just for the little horses that
he adored, but for the friends
he made, and the children he
watched grow up.  He always
cared about their well being
and would often visit with me
about them.  He loved Kentucky,
was proud of his home state
which is so well known for
thoroughbred horses and  U. K.
Basketball,  which he followed
diligently.  May his memory
live on through those of us
who knew him so well, and I’m
honored to be able to say he was
one of my best friends.
