1. Part of the associations vehicles are lined against loans received for the porpose financing vehicles.
2.The associations deposit is lieened to bank Marcantile.
Note 18 - Related parties:
 The Association is a part of daycare chain known as ALEH, the chain includes four centers, as follows:
 The Association - "ALEH - Help for the Special Child" (Registered Association) No. 580040301 in Bnei
Brak.
 "ALEH Negev Nahalat Eran" (Registered Association) No. 580354637 in Ofakim.
 "Center ALEH Jerusalem" (Registered Association) No. 580265155 in Jerusalem.
 "Moriah Welfare Factories" (Registered Association) No. 580094381 in Gedera.
 There is a common CEO for the chain (except "ALEH Negev Nahalat Eran" (Registered Association)), each
association bears the salary cost proportionately.
 Between the four associations abovementioned, there is an agreement of common operation by the
Department of Public Relations and Fundraising. The department is operated and managed by the association
of "ALEH Negev Nahalat Eran" (Registered Association), department costs are divided between the
associations according to the actual ratio of donations received per association.
