B. Additional information:
1. The Associations liability for employee severance pay, retirement and other social benefits, which were
computed based on existing labor laws and employment agreements, are mainly covered by current
deposits and amounts accrued in pension funds, severance pay funds and management insurance policies.
The uncovered balance appears as a liability in the balance sheets.
2. The amounts accrued pension funds and the managements insurance policies are registered in the
employee's names under defined contribution plans and are not under the control of the Association.
3. With regard to teaching staff - liability is covered in full and is not included in the reserve for termination
of employee-employer relations.
