GAC New Employee Orientation or GAC NEO is the Group ’ s initiative to induct all new employees across the GAC World with a common universal foundation and understanding of the business . These courses are compulsory for all new joiners to ensure they are equipped with the foundation knowledge to support their new role as citizens of the GAC World .
All NEO courses are mandatory for new employees , and are to be completed successfully during the probation period .
Introduction to the GAC World ( IGW )
The Introduction to the GAC World course will allow new joiners to quickly understand how the GAC Group and GAC Operating Companies function in our international business environment . By gaining insights into GAC ’ s history , structure , strategy and values , and by learning about our full range of products and services , you will quickly become a more productive and valuable member of the GAC team .

Health , Safety , Security and Environment ( HSSE )
A well-established HSSE policy with supporting procedures is of utmost importance to GAC and our customers . GAC is an international provider of global services and it is crucial that the Group has a common HSSE culture matched to the scale and magnitude of our organisation . We must ensure that all people in the GAC World work in a healthy , safe and secure environment . The HSSE course will ensure a complete knowledge of GAC ’ s HSSE policies and practices , and empower GAC personnel to promote the importance of HSSE to clients and suppliers .

Compliance and Ethics ( CNE )
The Compliance and Ethics ( CNE ) course is designed to familiarise all GAC personnel with the regulatory environment in which they work . Understanding the legislation and regulations that govern the international business of shipping and logistics is essential for all GAC employees to avoid potential non-compliance issues . This course is a self-paced eLearning program that focuses on the how relevant legislation and regulations guide day-to-day business in the GAC World .
