2017 2017 COURSE COURSE PROSPECTUS PROSPECTUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Team-Based Leadership (TBL) Team-Based Leadership (TBL) combines traditional and experiential learning to build a unique framework of leadership relevant to managing performance and business outcomes in the GAC World. Participants will learn through simulation to co-create their own learning context, allowing active and progressive application of each topic. The core content topics include individual behaviour, behavioural profiles, group dynamics, culture and situational leadership. This course provides a valuable opportunity for participants to build their own ‘leadership toolkit’, preparing them and their team for future success. MODALITY: Facilitated l DURATION: 2–day workshop l TARGET: Relevant GAC Personnel | CSF5: 16 hours Effective Presentation Skills (EPS) Presentations come in nearly as many forms as there are life situations and everyone has the potential to be a highly effective presenter. Effective Presentation Skills (EPS) will equip participants with practical skills in the structure and delivery of effective presentations. The course is designed to instill confidence, and enhance the impact and effectiveness of business presentations. Participants will learn to prepare, structure, write and deliver powerful presentations that engage, persuade, influence and motivate any audience. It is particularly essential in achieving win-win situations that benefit both the GAC Group and our customers. This two-day workshop will introduce participants to the concept of effective negotiation and provide plenty of opportunity to practice in a supportive learning environment.
