BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
GAC TIME (GTM)
GAC TIME is the strategic management system of the GAC Group, and the abbreviation for Total Innovative
Management Excellence. This course provides an understanding of the GAC TIME framework and the culture
of measurement and continuous improvement that is essential to our ongoing success. The course will
explore the general framework and minimum standards of GAC TIME and how to build and sustain the
culture of measurement and innovation. Participants will gain benefit from a detailed exposure to their
in-company GAC TIME initiatives, and investigate and share best practices across the GAC World.

Managing Positive Performance (MPP)
Managing Positive Performance (MPP) is designed specifically for managers, supervisors and leaders.
It aims to enhance the skills to manage our people better and promote a positive performance culture in
line with Vision Z – Global Performance (VZ-GP). MPP covers the essential elements of positive performance
management that build upon each other in a simple progression; understanding jobs and our people (job
analysis and job descriptions), measuring and assessing performance (performance appraisals), developing
and rewarding people (development planning and rewards) and leadership and coaching (building high
performance teams). Participants completing this course will have gained an invaluable skill set for
managing people and performance in an ethical human resource management framework, based on the
principles of merit, equity and transparency.
