Northern Vista Home Inspection has become one of the most respected home inspection businesses in Northern New Hampshire and Vermont. I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Michael Talotta. I established Northern Vista Home Inspection in January of 2008 and have been performing home inspections full time ever since. I am proud to be a certified Home Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as holding home inspection certifications for the State of New Hampshire and Vermont. Growing up in the White Mountains has enabled me to become quite familiar with the home construction styles of Northern New England and I understand how New England's adverse weather conditions can affect homes in the Northeast. My goal is not only to provide my clients with a thorough inspection at a reasonable price, but to also provide them with a basic understanding of the home in its current condition.
