Annual Gala
Each January the Bloomington Chamber kicks off the year with its signature Gala . This themed event features a cocktail reception , silent auction , raffle , formal dinner , entertainment , and live dessert auction with over 250 attendees in a spectacular setting . Generated revenue supports Chamber programming which is reinvested in our community , including our Bloomington Future Leaders scholarship program .
Annual Golf Classic
The Bloomington Chamber of Commerce hosts a golf tournament each June . The Annual Golf Classic typically features driving range practice , lunch , a “ shotgun start ,” dinner and an awards ceremony with a silent auction . It ' s a day filled with birdies and bunkers as members play a challenging , private course while networking on the greens . This signature event generates revenue for the Bloomington Chamber to support our programming and reinvest in our community , including our Bloomington Future Leaders scholarship program .
Annual Membership Meeting
Held at the beginning of the year , the Annual Membership Meeting celebrates the successes of the Chamber in the previous year and looks forward to what is in store for the year ahead . This event highlights the Chamber ’ s programming and signature events , membership development , and volunteer engagement while featuring a notable keynote speaker .
