Fostering curiosity
& creativity
Our math and science classrooms provide an
environment where you are encouraged to observe
and learn, see beyond the obvious, question and
creatively suggest possible answers, critically rely on the
findings of others, prove and discover. You will develop
an awareness and appreciation of the physical world, the
curiosity to explore new ideas, and the capacity to wonder
at the myriad of unknowns in the universe.
Creative expression and
celebrating cultures
Investigating a problem and generating solutions
You can cultivate your creativity through art, design,
vocal and instrumental performance, and theater courses.
Literature courses will expose you to a broad spectrum
of work, allowing you to tackle big picture questions
through Socratic seminars, critical reading, and thoughtful
written analysis. Social studies and world language courses
will expand your appreciation of people, cultures, and
historical moments, further informing your participation
in the world today.
Saint Ursula Academy students are curious by nature, and the range of courses
offered deepens and satisfies that curiosity.
