FUN AT THE NEVADA COUNTY FAIR

Live Music
There are two main stages –
the Pine Tree Stage and the Budweiser
Stage – that feature entertainment from
10 am–10 pm each day. Musicians and bands
feature everything from bluegrass to classic
rock & roll.

Treat Street This quaint street is filled
with delicious food made by volunteers of
local organizations whose booths are used
to generate income for services provided to
the community. Whether it’s a cold beer, a
baked potato, a cinnamon roll, a corn dog,
or a pasty, it can be found on Treat Street.
and Thursday night is the Flying U Extreme
Rodeo, Friday and Saturday night features
Tuff Trucks and Monster Trucks, and Sunday
night features the Destruction Derby.
Exhibits
Buildings are filled with more
than 7,000 exhibits, showcasing the talent
of our community. Plus, there are barns full
of livestock. Nevada County students work
tirelessly all year in order to present animals
at the Fair, so be sure to visit the barns.
Special Events Tent Exciting
contests and activities happen each day in
the Special Events tent. There’s the live art
battle, a craft area, duct tape art challenge,
squash mobile races, “Minute to Win It”
fun, and karaoke – just to name a few. Lots
of fun and great prizes!
