Big Brother Day was a new experience for numerous people. For new students going to Big Brother Day was a way to be social and make new friends. Big Brother Day was on August 9th with many activities. Such as swimming, basketball, indoor ball, water slide, bounce house, and many more.

Pizza was provided for lunch along with water and snowballs. Big Brother Day is for 8th and 9th graders to be mentored by upperclassmen to show them around the campus and make them feel more comfortable. 11th and 12th grader students were the big brothers helping out the new students.

At first we were paired up with the little brothers and went to the cafeteria. There my little brother and I got two slices of pizza and a bottle of water. When we were done eating there were many of activities, but my little brother wanted to go play basketball so we went to the gym.

The gym was packed with many people which was expected since it was very hot that day. The majority of day was spent doing activities and playing games around the campus. The line was very long to get a snowball because everybody wanted one.

Big Brother Day was an exciting event to be at. Everyone had a great time. Students got to meet new people and it was enjoyable for everyone.
