tem of Western culture largely focuses more on memorization than on the art of seeking new ways of thinking. And yet, it is the questions we formulate that open the door to dialogue and discovery. They are the invitation to creativity and break-through thinking. 1 Albert Einstein once said, “If I had only one hour to save the world, I would spend fifty-five minutes defining the problem, and only five minutes finding the solution”. In an economy where we often find our- selves rushed to provide solutions as fast as possible, it would be pru- dent to pause and consider if we are focused on the right things.
