Lady Cougars Stomp the Braves

The first middle school girls' basketball match was at home on November 2. Fifth and sixth graders won 12-10.
Seventh and eighth graders also won with the score 26-22. Bridget Bartling scored 12 and Elly Witt scored 10.
Burke/SC Attend Wagner Early Bird

Wagner hosted a tournament on November 4 . Eighth graders lost two games to Corsica/ Stickney 11-48 .Elly Witt led scoring with 4. They also lost to O’Neill 18-28 , and won one game against Santee 20-13. Rebecca Bull scored 7.
Seventh graders won two games against Yankton Lakes 27-16 (Adisyn Indahl scored 11) and against Dakota Christian 28-22 ( Adisyn Indahl scored 10 and Brecken Bolander scored 8). They also lost to Marty 22-28.
Sixth graders won against Marty 14-0 and lost against Wagner 6-24 and against Avon 5-20.
