Burke School Faces Changes For Next Year

There are going to be a few new changes for next year. It has been approved by the school broad to hire new teachers. The school is going to hire a full time art teacher/core content teacher for grades K-12, a full time foreign language teacher, a full time music teacher who we would share with South Central, and a full time PE teacher who we would also share with South Central.
Since South Central's middle school and high school will be closing next year a lot of their students will be coming to Burke's high school and middle school. These teachers will be paid for by the tuition money from South Central, based on a conservative estimate of 30 students. The price is 10,000 dollars per student.
