Burke High School Boys Play Home Opener

Burke faced off against Stuart on December 16. The JV team won 34-11 . Varsity also won to end the night.

Washake Vaughn led Burke in scoring with 13 points. Kray Person had 12 and Jaden Frank with 10.

Darrin Witt led the team in rebounds with 7 boards.

Tyson Mayer had 5 assists and Kray Person had 4 steals.

The team shot 49% from the field and shot 50% from the free throw line.

Burke-South Central Falls Short to Platte

The Burke C team won 29-25 and JV lost 27-38.

Burke falls 1-2 on the season after their 39-45 loss to Platte. The teams played on December 14.

Jaden Frank led all scorers with 21. Kray Person had 7 and Brock Karbo had 8. Brock Karbo also had 10 rebounds. Tyson Mayer had 6 assists.

Jaden Frank also had 2 steals.

The team had 11 turnovers and 11 fouls.
