Flagler Technical Institute ( FTI ) offers career training programs accredited by the Council on Occupational Education ( COE ) in Patient Care Assistant , Patient Care Technician , Medical Administrative Specialist , Medical Coder / Biller , Medical Assisting , Cosmetology , Facial Specialist , Nail Specialist , Early Childhood Education , Commercial Vehicle Driving , Water Treatment Technologies and Building trades such as Electrician , Heating and Air Conditioning and Landscaping .
