Prayer Requests for 2016-2017
2016 will end soon and our Father has placed something in our hearts that we wanted to share with our sponsors and all people who have a passion to pray . Our ministry began in 1993 with the goal of bringing 150,000 needy children to Christ . We could have accomplished many milestones only by the grace of our God . God took us to Costa Rica , the Dominican Republic , Peru , and Greece in the past . He opened doors that we never imagined being opened for us , and He brought this ministry into fruition . Our staff and volunteers fervently sought God every step of the way . And now He has shown us three things that we invite you to help us pray for .
1 . Youth Training Center - As a result of the 2016 STMT , two facilities were donated to the HHK WMC to be used as youth training centers . Now as we begin the remodeling process and furnishing the centers , we need trainers . There are already numerous youth eager to be trained . We will choose qualified young people from churches currently in the ABBA Peru ministry . The six month training program will involve Bible study , prayer time , and field work . Prayer is needed for God to show us and connect us with the trainers that He has His eyes set on !

2 . India - With construction almost complete at Pastor Samuel Abraham ’ s orphanage , the start of COJ India is imminent . Soon , needy children all across India will receive financial and spiritual support from loving sponsors such as yourselves . But with a population over 1.2 billion , we need more sponsors ! We need your prayers !
3 . Guatemala - The predominant religion here is Catholicism , but Mayan traditional still plays a large role spiritually in the lifestyle of this nation . The number of children in orphanages has grown during the last few years because they do not have a strong adoption culture and many international adoptions have halted because of corruption . Many children end up staying in orphanages their whole lives .

We are praying for the youth training center , for doors to be opened in India and Guatemala , and subsequently all the finances needed for these endeavors . If the Lord moves your heart to help us either financially or through prayer , please join us as we are continuing to seek God ’ s will .
