Tribune : Community Accelerator
Incourage purchased the former Daily Tribune building , a historic landmark located in downtown Wisconsin Rapids , with the intent that residents would decide its future use . To date , more than 2,000 residents have participated in the process – sharing ideas , building relationships and making decisions .
The Tribune will host several enterprises and community spaces , including :
• Cafe / Brewpub with rooftop lounge , providing the first opportunity to experience outdoor , riverfront dining downtown ;
• Recreational rentals with canoes , kayaks and other equipment available for use on the Wisconsin River and trail system ;
• Shared workspaces for residents of all ages to create , explore , learn from and teach each other .
