SHORE LUNCH IN SUNSET COUNTRY
Some of the most important things to consider:
• Make sure that there are no bones in the fish!
• Make sure the oil is the right temperature. You can usually do
a drop test and you should get some nice bubbles when the
oil is hot enough.
• While it’s nice to pull a boat up on a beach, don’t cook on the
beach because sand will get into everything!
When it comes to recipes for batter it’s almost hard to go wrong.
I like to keep it simple with my favourite batter combination.
