Those days are long gone. Now, it is important to her that the women she hires never feel those insecurities or experience gender bias. Tricia and her two partners founded Vericon in 2005, building the company on a foundation of outstanding customer service and attention to detail, which is why over 90% of Vericon’s work is for repeat customers. Driven, hardworking and passionate about construction, Tricia has grown Vericon from 5 employees to over 200, with three offices and a geographic footprint spanning 14 states. Women need to support each other just like men do.” Tricia has over 18 years of experience and is a certified LEED AP. She received the 2016 Women of Achievement Award from the Professional Women in Construction, NJ Chapter, and has recently joined their Board of Directors.
