The month of April is going to be a very exciting month for gaming. There are many good releases coming soon and some that have already broken the seal. MLB The Show 17 just released, and fans could not be anymore pleased with the updated rosters, graphics, game modes, and more. The Show is a Playstation 4 exclusive game, and it is something that sports fans all around are extremely ready to take on again. I’ve personally played the series in the past, and it is quite the experience.
Next up is Yooka-Laylee which comes out soon for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Many fans of Banjo-Kazooie are extremely hyped about the release of Yooka-Laylee, since it is very similar to the childhood nostalgia series. It brings back many memories, along with creating its very own. This is one of the big releases I cannot wait for, and it is something all gamers should look forward to.
Towards the end of the month, Mario Kart 8: Deluxe Edition releases for the Nintendo Switch. This installation of this classic series is extremely similar to Mario Kart 8 for the Wii U; in fact, it is the same game with minor additions. There are two new characters, some new karts, and new maps. Not much has changed about the game, but it is set to release on the new portable console which everyone couldn’t be anymore excited about.
