Toowoomba Regional Council purchased materials and services from entities that are controlled by members of Key
Management Personnel.
All purchases were at arm's length and on normal terms and conditions in the normal course of Council
operations.

Transactions with Key Management Personel
Key management personnel are those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and
controlling the activities of Council, directly or indirectly.
Key Management Personel include the Mayor, Councillors, Council's Chief Executive Officer and some Executive
and General Managers.
