WHY DID I CHOOSE TO
COMPETE WITH NPAA?
I chose NPAA because it was an
all natural association, and I am a
strong believer in that. Also knew
that NPAA was family oriented and
that really stood out to me as a
mom of four beautiful kids ages 17,
14, 12, and 9. I wanted to present
a physique that was all natural and
stand up there representing all mom
out there who sacrifices her body for
the birth of her children.
WHO DO I HOPE TO INSPIRE?
I want to inspire anyone who reads
my story, anyone out there who
thinks that there isn’t any hope
to change their health and fitness
around no matter what their
situation. Moms, Dads, kids, Friends,
Family, and complete strangers.
If I can do this, anyone can!! You
make the decision to change, make
those sacrifices, find your discipline,
dedicate yourself and get that
passion! Set some goals and work
hard each day towards then big or
small. Along the way I promise you
will fall and have to pick yourself
back up but you will get there!

PART TO TRAIN?
Of course my glutes, claves and
shoulders!! I love seeing small details
carve themselves out when you add
in clean nutrition and hard work at
the gym!
MY FAVORITE CLEAN
EATING SNACK?
Well for summer, I love some Plain
Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup mixed fresh
berries drizzled with some Waldens
chocolate sauce. Also I love anything
I can have with some natural Almond
Butter!!
WHAT DO I WANT TO
ACHIEVE WITH NPAA,
SOME LONG TERM GOALS?
I would love to compete again with
NPAA, bring a better package to
stage, and bring along all my friends
and family to the show this time!!
Athletic goals, would be to compete
and one day maybe even win that
PRO Card! :)
