I wouldn’t say there is any secret but the obvious
dedication. Always being conscious of what you
eat, what you do and how you time your day.
For me, it’s a lifestyle and not a hobby. I need to
credit a lot my success to my family and best friend
Freddy Aresnault for being my first mentor in the
world of bodybuilding and most certainly Justin
Wilson at Impact Nutrition for showing me how to
organize my routines and diet for best results.
WHY DO YOU COMPETE WITH THE
NPAA? WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO
ACHIEVE?
I compete in the NPAA because of the tremendous
amount of honesty and integrity that Kevin and
Wendy Ashby show and encourage with their
organization. I always know I will be judged fairly
and have fair competition. I am proud to tell people that I compete in the NPAA.
WHAT DO YOU DO ON A REST DAY
FROM THE GYM?
My rest days are spent doing target shooting with
either my compound bow or handguns, then
chilling with some Netflix.

AVOURITE WORKOUT IS?
My favorite work out would have to be the standing arm curl. It achieves the best pump for me and
it always feels fantastic to bring out the gun show!

FOR BUILDING A TOP FORM PHYSIQUE?
My best kept secret is executing a proper game plan. I work hard in my
offseason to make good gains. Once my on season training and diet regimen kick in; I stick to them, measure my progress, and make the odd little
change here and there when needed, all while allowing myself to still have
a social life and the odd “cheat” meal here and there to fit into my flexible
dieting.
WHY DO YOU COMPETE WITH THE NPAA? WHAT DO YOU
HOPE TO ACHIEVE?
I compete with the NPAA because they are a very well run organization
and everybody backstage is very positive and supportive of each other. I
hope the NPAA continues to grow and give back to the fitness community
in the future as well as they do now.
WHAT DO YOU DO ON A REST DAY FROM THE GYM?
On a rest day from the gym I typically like to do something active with
friends such as hiking, frisbee golfing, or just hanging out and playing a
board game.

AVOURITE WORKOUT IS?
I really enjoy training my shoulders as my deltoids react better to lighter
weights with higher volume. I’m able to achieve a great pump from my
shoulder workouts in the gym and it feels incredible and keeps me in a super positive mood for the rest of the day.
