Founded by art educator, textile artist and fashion designer; Madona Cole-Lacy, M.A. Ed.,
with the support and consultation of her husband; James A. Lacy, LCSW, a highly experienced not-for-profit administrator and psychotherapist

An outgrowth of the free voluntary community service initiatives conducted through Madona
Cole-Lacy’s for-profit ventures, My Time has Come programs, Madona Cole Originals and
the annual Self-Empowering Workshop for College Bound High School Students. The Annual College Bound Self-Empowerment Workshop is now incorporated into this organization’s
program offerings.

To empower children, adolescents and parents of all race,
