The Information, Communications and Technology branch
is responsible for the delivery of strategic, project and
operational services based upon technical infrastructure,
applications systems and information management. The
branch is comprised of four teams:

planning, policy, governance and fiscal management
for information, communication and technology to the
Toowoomba Regional Council
• Application Services – providing management
and support of Council’s Electronic Document
Management System (DM), Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP), Geo-Spatial Information System (GIS),
People Property Rates System (PPR), Corporate
Electronic Workflow, Business Intelligence and Line of
Business applications
