A special collection service is provided on request when a customer has missed their service or requires a one-off service. The end product is used in rehabilitation works at waste facilities. A 7.9% increase on 2014-15 figures is the result of an increase in residents participating in the service and therefore diverting greenwaste from the general waste bin to the greenwaste bin. Number of infirm services across the region 393 An infirm service is a free service offered to those in the community who are unable to wheel their bin to the collection point and have no-one else to do it for them. Our contractor collects the bin from the property and returns the empty bin to the property after the service.
