1.4 Council Performance Overview About our scorecard This scorecard summarises progress towards long-term targets central to our Vision and the implementation of our corporate objectives. It also provides an overview relating to the implementation of our 2014-2019 Corporate Plan. Overall performance is determined by our achievement against established performance measures and the progress of major initiatives.
