workforce is important and the safe working conditions
for each of our staff members means our workers can
safely come to work and return home to their families.
With our staff as our biggest resource we must give
them the framework to be successful in their jobs
and empower them to make responsible decisions
for our residents and ratepayers. This includes the
development of strong policies, standards and
adherence to legislative requirements to support our
workforce. It’s not just internal policies and procedures
that are important, there is also significant importance
placed on the governance of our region and the
enforcement of local laws. Each of our residents needs
to be aware of their responsibilit
