Woodcliff Lake is an upscale community in the
Pascack Valley, about 22 miles northwest of
Manhattan. As they drive through town, residents
and the many corporate professionals in the
area enjoy beautiful, picturesque views of the
Woodcliff Reservoir, which adds to the scenic
beauty of the town, known for its heavily wooded
neighborhoods. The 2,300-acre borough is home
to Wood Dale Park, a county park with a large
pond for fishing and model boating, walking
paths, playground, tennis courts, dog park, a
pavilion and gazebo. The borough also has a large
pool at its Old Mill Complex, with tennis courts
and athletic fields.

With the town’s tree-lined streets, sprawling
lawns and wide range of home architectural
styles, some have ventured to guess the term
“curb appeal” may have been coined just for
Wyckoff. Tucked on the edge of the Ramapo
Mountains, Wyckoff is known as a semi-rural
“countrified community,” just a stone’s throw
from the hustle and bustle of New York City.
