PARK RIDGE
Nestled in the Pascack Valley, Park Ridge is
a community with upscale residential areas,
as well as a growing downtown district,
boasting eateries and family-owned shops.
The 2.6-square-mile borough borders the
picturesque Woodcliff Lake Reservoir and is
home to the 9-acre Mill Pond (also known
as Silver Lake), where residents can enjoy
fishing and scenic views. The public school
system serves student in pre-kindergarten
through grade 12 and is a top-ranked district.
The municipal pool has a 10-foot high tube
slide and volleyball court.

RAMSEY
The Borough of Ramsey boasts a threecentury history as a prosperous community
in Bergen County. Mixing one-family homes,
condominiums and apartment buildings,
the architectural styles are just as varied.
Although many of the borough’s original
fieldstone structures still exist, they are now
interspersed with Colonials, Cape Cods,
Victorians and ranches. The downtown
district features shops, restaurants and a
robust nightlife.
