Montvale is changing the nature of its town
with impending big developments, but
remains a friendly suburb. A Wegman’s
supermarket will open on the site of the
former DePiero’s Country Farm, along with
an upscale strip mall themed after the farm’s
legacy. Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer
Center is slated to open an outpatient branch
next summer. The borough is also home to
Pascack Hills High School and Saint Joseph
Regional High School.
