birthplace of the American film industry, Fort Lee
boasts a rich Revolutionary War history alongside
new and up-and-coming luxury residential
and retail developments like The Modern and
Hudson Lights. The borough offers a wide array
of community services and events for its 36,000
residents, including a community garden, dog
park, outdoor ice skating rink, farmers’ market,
an arts and music festival, holiday tree lightings,
Shakespeare in the Park performances and an
outdoor movie and music series in the summer.
With plans in the works for a new parking
garage, public parks and other initiatives,
