Once known for the factories and industry
that lined its waterfront, Edgewater now
offers a slew of luxury living, shopping and
dining options that regularly attract out-oftowners to a growing community of almost
12,000 residents. The borough offers easy
access to Manhattan with its own ferry
landing and a short commute to the George
Washington Bridge. Residents enjoy a variety

the town, including a popular Community
Center, summer volleyball, music and
outdoor movie screenings at the Edgewater
Marina, and an arts and music festival.
