Kerri & Ioannis’ Wedding

Kerri and Ioannis wanted their wedding to be a party that no one
would forget, so they chose to say “I do” on New Year’s Eve at
Waterside Restaurant & Catering in North Bergen. “The view is
breathtaking,” Kerri says, “and, an added bonus, we saw all the New
York City fireworks at midnight.” The couple selected the perfect day
because “on New Year’s Eve, you want to be with the ones you love
most, to feel grateful for the year that has past and hopeful for the
future,” Kerri says. “These emotions are what we felt on our wedding
night. Not to mention you want to dance your butt off, which is
exactly what we did.”

Brogan’s Baby Shower

Based on a “Once Upon a Time” theme, Brogan’s baby shower
incorporated mixed china patterns as a nod to the Alice in
Wonderland tea party, Cinderella’s glass slipper, and antique sterling
silver “looking glass” hand-held mirrors. The favors were champagne
cupcakes placed inside a Crate & Barrel covered butter dish,
decorated with lace and butterflies. “Fairy Dust” lavender bath salts
were also handed out. “The staff at Chart House was absolutely
amazing,” Phyllis, Brogan’s mother, says. “We had fantastic service
and a breathtaking view of the New York skyline.” Three weeks after
the shower – on March 1 – Brogan gave birth to her baby girl,
Kendall Kohl.
