open up the smaller area. The blue tile backsplash adds a pop of

recessed pull hardware and Fisher & Paykel appliances. Hanging
over the Caesarstone pure white breakfast bar are two clear globe
pendants that perfectly harmonize with the dining room chandelier.
LIVING ROOM
The sleek and sophisticated living room’s focal point is a gas fireplace
built into a polished concrete wall. A modern coffee table with
hidden storage rests on an off-white rug in between two gray sofas.
The large leaning Room & Board mirror adds dimension and
depth to the main living space, a room that appears relaxed and
comfortable, while still displaying a sense of refinement.
