DONG BANG GRILL
Specializing in traditional Korean food with an emphasis on Korean
barbecue, Dong Bang Grill offers beef, chicken, shrimp and pork, as well
as vegetables and mushrooms, prepared and grilled for you right at your
table. They also have a full sushi bar and liquor license. Dong Bang Grill’s
specialty is Galbi, beef short ribs marinated in a soy base sauce. Galbi is
also offered without the marinade, letting diners enjoy the taste of
perfectly marbled beef. Banchans are accompanied with every meal and
can range from Kimchi (pickled cabbage) to Korean-style meatballs.
Other popular dishes are Haemool Pajun (Korean-style seafood
pancakes), Jap Chae (stir-fried vermicelli noodles, with or without beef)
and any of the choices from bibimbap (mixed rice), as well as Gopdol
