NEW CENTER
Soon local residents will be
able to enjoy Cliffside Park
Towne Centre, a combined
residential and commercial
project with approximately
300 residential rentals, a
three-level parking garage, and a brand new pedestrian plaza. Spanning approximately 52,000
square feet of retail space on two floors, the first floor will boast all new shops and restaurants,
while the second will become office space for businesses. Cliffside Park Towne Centre will also
feature a landscaped pool deck with cabanas and other amenities, along with a health club and
spa and a 24-hour concierge. A joint venture project between the developer and the township
of Cliffside Park, the town center aims to reinvigorate the business district and bring more
opportunities to shop locally. The facility is slated to open later this year.
