Café Archetypus
doesn’t only do desserts
– it offers starters like
fresh fruit and hummus,
salad bowls, wraps, personal pizzas and more –
but after-meal treats
seem like its specialty.
Try one of the dozen
of “Deluxe Desserts,”
($14.95) – from Appalachian Sunshine, carrot cake with creamy
icing topped with banana ice cream, fresh pineapple and walnuts, and Forbidden Brownie Seduction, warm Ghirardelli brownies topped with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge, to Rosy Velour,
red velvet cake topped with cherries, chocolate, vanilla ice cream,
white chocolate and hot fudge, and PB Cocoa Circus Pie,
chocolate mousse with vanilla and chocolate ice cream with
peanut butter sauce, caramel and chocolate shavings.
The desserts don’t stop there. Unique sundaes ($11.95) range
from Dharma, vanilla and green tea ice cream with Azuki red
beans and honey, and Maya, amaretto and coffee ice cream with
