Tisha’s Main Ingredient
Without fail, my first choice for a healthy lunch, that looks just as good as it tastes, is from
Tisha’s Main Ingredient in Westwood. Whether I dine in or take out, I always opt for the
chicken avocado salad, topped with sweet pickles, onions and cranberries and sprinkled
with crispy bacon. The combination of savory and sweet gets me every time. If you want an
appetizer while you wait, the roasted eggplant with avocado, egg and grilled
shrimp is out of this world. Not only is the food an incredible and
delectable mix of Asian fusion, modern French and traditional American,
but the plating is beautiful. And don’t forget to quench your thirst with
Tisha’s fruit-infused water. Besides the amazing food, the black-and-white
polka dot décor is adorable and puts a smile on my face.
