All partners, apart from Adil Tugyan the Turkish coordinator, had the opportunity to finally meet face
to face and to get to know each other better and discuss the implementation of the project. We all
missed not having Adil among us but unfortunately he was able to attend the meeting in Reykjavik
due to last minute cancellation of his flight from Turkey.
Transnational meetings
During the 2-year project, there will be 3 national meetings; in Reykjavik, Finland and Portugal.
Changes in the timetable
Due to various reasons, some modifications needed to be made to the project meeting plan. In order
to be able to carry them out, the coordinator of the project was in internet contact with the Turkish
coordinator to get his consent to the changes. The activities planned to take place in each country
will remain unchanged while meetings have been rearranged the following way:
1st meeting in Iceland 6 – 12 Nov, 2016. Is taking place at the moment.
2nd meeting in Germany 12 – 18 Feb, 2017.
3rd meeting in Slovenia 26 March – 1 April, 2017
4th meeting in Finland 1 – 7 Oct, 2017
5th meeting Turkey 11 – 17 Feb, 2018
6th meeting Portugal 8 – 14 April, 2018
