August 29. The first blue ribbon winner of the Celebration was EB ONY'S MOON MAID, owned by S. W. Beech of Lewisburg. This colt received two first-place votes and one fourth-place tie from the three judges. Reserve honors went to REFLECTION'S DOLL, owned by Lively and Rowland of Atlanta, Georgia and Rockvale. The third-place honors were awarded to SHADOW'S MISS SUNBEAM for owner H. C. Bailey of Jackson, Mississippi. The judges made their final choices from 17 entries that were called for the last workout. SPITTIN IMAGE is owned by Herman Keeton of Red Bay Alabama. The reserve horse tied third, second and eighth, while the third-place horse received two fourth-place votes and a third-place tie. The reserve winner was SHADOW’S BLACK JACK owned by Mr. and Mrs. Hall McNabb of Readyville. while the third-place honor in the final eighteen-horse workout went to DELIGHT’S PLAYBOY S owned by W. S.
