ELKHORN ’ S COCK ROBIN , purchased at the Harlinsdale Sale lastfall , has been renamed SYNDICATED RHYTHM . He has been syndicated and is proving to be a top colt . Bob has not been pushing him , but all the new owners consider him a great colt .
Everett Roberts of Jonesville , Michigan has a good three-year-old , DELIGHT ’ S STROLLER by SUN ’ S DE­ LIGHT , in training with Bob . This stable also has the 1968 Amateur Champion of Michigan , PIDDLEY ’ S HANDSHAKER , shown by Mrs . Pam Norman .

Working eleven horses with an eye to the early shows is keeping Charlie Fuqua pretty busy as this Ooltewah , Tennessee stable . Charlie is working SHAD­ OW ’ S SECURITY , a big-lick liver chestnut , for owner Howard Hundley . Nowr eight years old , this GO BOY ’ S SHADOW horse will be showm in stake classes this season .
Mr . Hundley also has some fine two-year-olds being prepared for the show season . A little bay stallion , by SHADRACK ’ S SHADOW and out of a MIDNIGHT MACK K mare , is expected to be Celebration timber . A sorrel filly , by SHADRACK ’ S SHADOW out of a THE SUN mare , will be showm alternately with the bay . The first tw7o-year-old showm from the Hundley Stables appeared at the Lakeview show .
Charlie is wmrking a good juvenile horse for Dr . and Mrs . Phillips . STATELY ’ S ARISTOCRAT is a black four-year-old that will see action in Middle Tennessee

R . B . Castleberry , Ringgold , Georgia , has a black two-year-old of BIG SHOT breeding that shows real promise . Its debut was at the Chattanooga show .
Mr . Sneed of Chattanooga has a four-year-old bay mare , also of BIG SHOT breeding , that is doing well . Mary Anne Hendrickson will be showing her gelding in Juvenile and Pleasure classes in the area .
There are several fine colts , foaled this spring , at the Hundley stable , most sired by GO BOY ’ S DREAM­ ER ( you ’ ll remember him from the Rossville show last year ). This spring they are breeding some mares to SHADOW ’ S SECURITY .
JOE WEBB STABLES Now that Joe has his annual Searcy Horse Show ( see story elsewhere in this issue ) behind him , he can concentrate on his own show horse activities . Joe has the stock to work with in almost every class starting with five two-year-old stallions . All black , these young horses are all showing promise . A colt owned by Porter Rodgers is leading the way . By PERFECTION and out of RADIANT LADY , he shows indications of being " great .” Another standout is owned by Marvin F . Gibson of Jackson , Mississippi . He is by PERFECTION and is out of a fine SHADOW mare . Another colt , CAPTAIN HOOK , is also making progress for Porter Rodgers . Joe has a fine group of three-year-olds , headed by GRAVES ’ PERFECTION , an exceptional black stallion owned by Charlie Graves of Staffordsville , Missouri .
