My Daddy — WAR EAGLE l
Daddy wasn't shown as a two-year-old but
came on strong as a three-year-old and tied
in the Three-Year-Old Championship Stake
at the Celebration (and many more). He has
in mind to win the Junior Championship with
L. M. Hilley up. WAR EAGLE has tied high
every time out this year, including Trainers’
National Horse Show, the Spring Jubilee, and
tied the blue over a crop of good aged horses
at Andalusia.

My Mamma-GO BOY'S FIREBIRD
Mamma is an aged show mare (or was), and
a good one in her own right. She won scads
of ribbons — all colors.

TERRY LILLY up
his is mamma and me. She likes her new
le fine, and I’m proud of my parents. Only
thing is, they sure expect a lot from me.
Someone compared me with Grandpa Mid
night Sun. Somebody else said no, I look
more like Uncle Ebony Masterpiece. Then
there are all those celebrities on mamma's
side. I’m puzzled — I’m bay and I thought
they were all black. Anyway, I look like my
daddy. And can he strut! Watch for WAR
EAGLE at the Celebration. Mamma can’t
come. She's in the family way again.
