Welcomes Their New Trainer
Donald and Thelma Smith, owners of Blue Mountain
Ranch, will continue their successful operation under
the capable management of Mr. Jim Landers. Jim has
worked with his father at their Jo-El Stables in Sacra­
mento and had worked for the past several months
with the Babbs at Blue Mountain Ranch.
The Smiths wish the best of luck to Jim and Diana
Babb in their new operation in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.
Jim and Diana have had a most successful year with
the Smiths in California, with impressive wins at the
major shows on the West Coast. These stables will
still work together in the future to bridge the gap from
the South to the West Coast.
