FOUR YEAR OLD WALKING STALLIONS
A
unanimous
decision
for
SHAKER'S
SHOCKER and Betty Sain was the final verdict
m this class of junior stallions. Betty had the
crowd, with her all the way as she kept her
horse'in top form. Hershel Talley on CLOWN'S
SPUR was the number two horse of the judges.
Hershel has a fine looking junior mount who
should be much in evidence in the future
shows this year. Elmore Brock and MR. GLO
put on a high stepping show for the crowd
and judges in winning the number three ribbon.

WALKER PONIES, 58" AND UNDER
(Riders 15-18 years inclusive)
Pam Reed and MIKE'S MIGHTY MAN pulled
a big upset when they beat LITTLE BIT O'
TROUBLE and Ray Beech. Ray won the pony
championship last year and was the favorite
to repeat. Ray tied second behind Pam with
a fine show but Pam and her horse were ready
for all comers. Tying third was SUN'S TOR
NADO with Polly Singletary up. This class was
a preliminary to the Pony Championship and
stirred interest in this title.
