TWO YEAR OLD WALKING FILLIES
GO BOY'S BRENDA LEE with Jimmy Wad-
del! up, captured her second blue ribbon for
the week in this class. Earlier she had won the
honors in the two year old Walking Filly Filly
Class in the Futurity on Thursday night for
owner S. W. Beech of Belfast, Tenn. This Lilly
was tied first on all three judge's cards Tying
second was EBONY’S DOLLY R for owner Jack
Richards. Nashville with Charles Martin in the
saddle. The yellow ribbon was awarded to
owner-rider Boyd Hudgins of Macon, Georgia
on GRAND JOY. This was one of the biggest
classes of the Celebration this year with 63
entries.

to judqe this championship class. On all three
cards GO BOY'S LADY'S MAN for Beech &
Leslie, Lewisburq & Troy, Missouri was tied for
too honors. BOBO'S GO BOY, owned by Bobo
Stables of Lebanon, Tennessee tied second in
this class of 8 entires. WINSTON'S HEADMAN
for Ernest Smith, Mulberry, Tennessee tied
third. All the handler's that led the weanlings
and yearlings into the ring are to be com
mended for the excellent job that was done.
Some of them walked 'many a mile before
their classes were finished.

This class always proves to be one of the
most excitinq classes during the week. There
were 50 entries in this class, enough to supply
many proud moms and dads around the rail.
Judy TI Heft of Shelbyville rode her mare,
UNTOUCHABLE, in a great performance to
capture the blue with HILL'S PERFECTION
and his new owner, Kim Lovette of Wilkesboro,
N. C. tying a close second. The yellow ribbon
was awarded to MIDNIGHT and Chuck Waters
of Alexandria, La. All the children made a
qood performance end were congratulated by
announcer Emmet Guy.
